Optical Illusions | Small Spaces
Do not feel trapped by a small or too large. With some clever solutions can make a small room look bigger or reduce the feeling of a too large environment.
To start, buy furniture to reflect the proportion of the house. The furniture should fill in the blanks, or accompany the shape of the environment.
SMALL SPACES
Small rooms do not have to look confinement sites, make them comfortable. Here are some tips:
1. Choose either the furniture .- If your space is small but usually get a lot of people, complete with a few large pieces that provide plenty of room to sit. This will give the rooms a well organized, uncluttered look that is both functional.
2. Use light colors .- Cool colors like blue and green make the space seem larger.
3. Decorate monochromatically .- Techniques paint softeners, genres and designs “tone on tone” make a room seem larger. The shade of cream, white, ice blue, pale green and butter yellow are some of the best work.
4. Remove obstructions .- The further you get your view in a room, larger and more open it will seem. Arrange furniture so that they are areas of land cleared. Avoid blocking views of windows and doors: use low benches, ottomans and chairs without armrests.
5. Combine the furniture with the color of the walls .- If your walls are pale golden yellow, for example, you can paint some of the furniture to match them. Even large drawers and cabinets blend with the environment when they are painted a color similar to the walls. Add detail tone on tone stencil on doors to add interest.
6. Put more light .- Move discovering shadows and adding windows lighting gear, such as recessed lighting, lifting, alignment, shelf, and any other of the many available.
Upholstery lightweight, expressive lighting and proper use of color can turn a small corner of an intimate and wonderful corner.
